Anthony F. Pantoni

Mr. Pantoni’s litigation practice currently focuses on the representation of employees in a wide variety of matters, including wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, and breach of contract. He also has considerable expertise advising senior executives and other employees in negotiating employment contracts and severance agreements.

Prior to launching his solo practice, Mr. Pantoni was a partner with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, where his last position was the partner in charge of the San Diego office’s labor and employment law practice which exclusively represented employers.

Mr. Pantoni has successfully litigated cases through jury verdict on behalf of both employees and employers. Mr. Pantoni has obtained several $1 million+ jury verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements on behalf of plaintiff employees, including a $7.2 million jury verdict following a month-long jury trial.

Mr. Pantoni’s alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) practice also focuses on employment law matters. He is on the arbitration and mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and he provides private mediation and arbitration services as well. Mr. Pantoni also conducts workplace investigations of harassment, discrimination and other employee complaints or employer concerns.
